Children 6 years and over Apply 20 mL with steady pressure, gentlty insert enema into the rectum with a slight side to side movement, pointing the tip toward the navel. Do not force the enema tip into the rectum because you would harm yourself. After using enema, the residual fluid should be threw away, could not re-used.
